THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE WHO HAS TALRO/AMERICAN ALLIANCE CASUALTY CO, OR CONSIDERING THEM AS THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. RUN FOR THE HILLS NEVER LOOK BACK AND CANCEL YOUR POLICY IMMEDIATELY AND GO WITH A REPUTABLE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT TRULY CARES AND CAN ASSIST YOU IN TIMES OF NEED.
If your vehicle has been damaged for any reason, they(adjuster) takes their time to contact you as if the money is coming directly from their own pocket! TARLO is a shell company housing many other companies such as if your cars damage contact American Alliance Casualty, Road Side Assistance NSD - NationSafeDrivers.
As for American Alliance, You never speak with anyone directly. Their website that should assist in the matter of status of claim, filing a claim is completely and totally TRASH!!!! They do not cover direct billing for rental cars if needed,. you pay out of pocket. You can call and leave voicemails damn near everyday. They don't return your calls. THERE NOT EVEN LIST WITH THE "BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU"
