This place is incredible. We shopped here two times before making a decision to return and make a purchase. I wish I would have never made the purchase. These people don't care about anything but your money. You will find out how two-faced they are after you spend your money. Found another place to purchase England Furniture, Sofas & More. Could have saved myself a lot of headache if I had gone there first. $90 cheaper for the sofa and the delivery fee is $50 dollars, less than half of what brown squirrel wants. I could have purchased the sofa at Sofas & More with delivery cheaper than Brown Squirrel's price. Brown squirrel is not the place to shop for furniture or anything else that matters. High priced, poor attitude. And their delivery drivers, well, they have the same great attitude and the staff at Brown Squirrel. Beware of Brown Squirrel delivery drivers, both the driver and passenger in the delivery vehicle were using their cellphones. The delivery driver operating the truck was driving erratically because he could not control the truck and use his cellphone at the same time.
