I bought my hot tub from them, but really have had bad luck- replaced 2 blower motors. This last visit (service call) for leaking hot tub, I was advised to have blower motor fixed same time to not incur double "service fee". FIRST complaint: Well I did incur 2nd service fee anyway because he had to come back. 2nd complaint: I left hot tub panel off as I had found where leak was and sent them video to aid in diagnosing problem. Well after he fixed hot tub, he left panel off, motor exposed. Left old pump out just lying around. It literally would have taken 2 minutes to put panel back on that I LEFT OFF TO HELP HIM! Not to mention he didn't tell me he was done, after I had check on him several time to make sure he had everything he needed. NOT TO MENTION, he saw me in my yard chasing my 3 young boys ages 1,3,5. Just poor workmanship. I called him to ask what the deal was. 3rd complaint: THEN I called and informed him my lights stopped working in the hot tub AFTER HE LEFT/ or did whatever he did. I didn't blame him , I just simply said, well they were working prior. He OFFERED NO HELP or took no possible blame. I think he just doesn't care anymore to be honest about quality service or promoting his business. I would just be careful about buying anything that would need a service call, because I would like some one who is willing to help me and the product they sold me. that's all.
