Very upset with customer service 12/11/2020

I bought my hot tub from them, but really have had bad luck- replaced 2 blower motors. This last visit (service call) for leaking hot tub, I was advised to have blower motor fixed same time to not incur double "service fee". FIRST complaint: Well I did incur 2nd service fee anyway because he had to come back. 2nd complaint: I left hot tub panel off as I had found where leak was and sent them video to aid in diagnosing problem. Well after he fixed hot tub, he left panel off, motor exposed. Left old pump out just lying around. It literally would have taken 2 minutes to put panel back on that I LEFT OFF TO HELP HIM! Not to mention he didn't tell me he was done, after I had check on him several time to make sure he had everything he needed. NOT TO MENTION, he saw me in my yard chasing my 3 young boys ages 1,3,5. Just poor workmanship. I called him to ask what the deal was. 3rd complaint: THEN I called and informed him my lights stopped working in the hot tub AFTER HE LEFT/ or did whatever he did. I didn't blame him , I just simply said, well they were working prior. He OFFERED NO HELP or took no possible blame. I think he just doesn't care anymore to be honest about quality service or promoting his business. I would just be careful about buying anything that would need a service call, because I would like some one who is willing to help me and the product they sold me. that's all. more

Great job installing fence 2/23/2020

Very happy with my installation. Looks great and is good quality. I had to wait, but it's winter they have to have better weather to set the concrete. Go a couple good days in February and it is completed. They made some great recommendations. I would not hesitate calling them again. Highly recommend them. I give them a five out of five. more

Incompetent service 9/17/2019

Took over 3 months to get an install scheduled. When the crew came on their own volition decided to alter the install parameters. Took 2 weeks for them to come back and reset a whole section of fence with posts. Now I do not have a right angle at the corner, in addition they were supposed to install filler panels next to the buildings. This is the last time I will use Goodman fence. more

Never return phone calls 11/7/2016

Gate on my fence didn't last six months the wind broke it never did come back to repair it tred this company a second time had issues anchors for my gate didn't hold took them a month to call me back. more

Great customer service 7/9/2005

I called this company for an estimate on installing a fence and the salesman was out the next day to provide the estimate. As he promised, I received an exact estimate within a couple of days. The crew did a great job in installing the fence and were very helpful in dealing with our neighbor whose trees were right up against our property line. We were able to put up our fence and still respect our neighbor's trees with the help of the installation man. In addition, I've called them back a couple of times for some minor repairs and they have been very good about getting it done quickly. more
