Last year: I was charged for a service they not only didn't tell me I would be charged for but that they didn't even tell me they were doing it, so there was obviously no consent on my end. Apparently, their doctors have all agreed to add in an extremely brief "behavioral health exam" or some crap like that to all annual exams. I have no problem with paying the few dollars they charged me for it, but on principle, I will never return to a facility that charges their patients for services THEY (as in the doctors) decided to add & did not tell me about or give me the option to opt out of. Do not recommend. Today (7-15-20): This company yet again charged me (A YEAR LATER). When I called to find out why, they claim it was "an outstanding balance from last year" even though I have an email from their company saying the charge was reversed. The lady was extremely rude so i got rude. Not saying that was the correct way of handling it on my end, but this is sketchy business they are running. Also, id like to add, I got an email Monday about being charged again on the 18th (mind you Monday is the 13th) coincidentally that same day when I called to get removed from their patient list (BC I got 5 calls/ text about scheduling another appointment), they charged my card that day. So why are you going to send an email giving a person a heads up their card would be charged 5 days later to just go ahead & charge it that day? I would not trust these people with your money. I have email documentation of all of this.
