Review content:
24/7 Plumbing, also known by other names, is a scam. A water leak detection specialist was sent to my home because we have a leak in the ceiling as well as under the floor of the threshold between the master bath/bedroom. The tech said it was due to the shower door sweep needing to be replaced and the ceiling leak was due to roof tiles being loose. $180- later, the roof guy we called in says that it is not the roof, it is from the AC unit. Replaced the shower sweep but the water under the wood floors 'squish' water out from between the planks when you walk on them. The wood is now spongey. Pulled a dresser aside and found a wet bulge in the drywall between shower and bedroom. I called all the numbers they advertise and nobody will call me back. Finally got a 'supervisor' today and he says, 'it has been over a month so, we can do nothing but send a new water leak specialist out again', and another $125-. I told him I would send him my phone log showing how many times I called and left messages but he said, in terrible English, 'I cannot tell anything by a phone log'. Save yourself the anger and damage and go to a better known establishment that will stand behind their 'work'..
