Review content:
This company broke my mother's unit, and it has now been 3 days and they have not fixed it! They "serviced" her unit Saturday June 23, reported no immediate needs for service. By the next day Sunday June 24 her unit stopped working! My mother trusted this company to look at her unit and tell her if anything needed fixing. Nothing needed fixing, now it's not working and their service technicians are nowhere to be found and unable to be contacted! It's now Tuesday June 26 and the owners and supervisors of this company are sleeping sound while my mother is in a house that's reading 95 degrees! How is that ok? IT'S NOT!!!
