I ordered 2 Chickasaw plum trees, what arrived was some unknown tree,with mold,desiccated limbs, weren't dormant started to leaf out and under sized, called and initial person was cordial and said she would take care of it with supervisor, called back saying to either take the refund for the wrong size or send back and they will send the correct trees, I asked who is paying to ship back their mistake she said I would, I called back to talk to her supervisor and got Tammy acting like she was a customer service representative, the most rude and sarcastic individual, wouldn't let me finish a sentence gave me a Gmail address to send the pics of the trees saying she will take them to the owners,kept interrupting saying send the pics and hung up on me, after I sent them, she sends. Back sarcastic email saying nothing wrong, send back for refund and asked why would I want another tree order with so many issues with what I received. They intentionally send wrong trees knowing most folks don't know what they received until after the grace period expires, what a disgrace, they need to be shut down period
