Tn Tree Farm Nursery

I ordered 100 bamboo rhizomes. They all looked dead. They told me to plant and the rhizomes would sprout. One sprouted. I returned the 99 dead. I opted to replace. They raised the price on the bamboo so that my replacement cost was more than the original amount I paid. Just dropped the whole thing and chalked off the $80 to experience. more

Do not order from then. Ordered 600 trees and came poorly packaged and most died. Tried to pay for replacement trees as stated on their website-"We do not offer return or in-store credits on wholesale quantities of over 100 plants per variety but you can pay 40% of the original cost for replacements." and they refused to honor. more

They have no conscience. They will take your money and screw you. Do not buy from them under any circumstances. more

Don't do it it's a scam you must return the dead sticks Which will end up costing more than your purchase more

Needs better customer service. I ordered two 2-3 foot plants. They sent me one foot plants. I had to prove by pictures what they did and then never heard back. When I called to see what I was supposed to do, they wanted to credit me the difference. No, I want what I ordered. They then told me to mail the incorrect plants.....at my own expense! I am NOT paying for their mistake. Dispute filed with credit card company. Very low ethics. Don't order from here. They don't fix it when they screw up. more

I normally do not write reviews unless i am really happy or really upset. This place is the worse. I ordered $65 dollars of Horse Tail Ferns and paid $21 of shipping. I waited over two months and tried to cancel and they told me that I couldn't. They then proceeded to send me this box of dead ferns that look like they had been frozen. I immediately wrote then and was told that they looked that way and they would grow if planted. SURE! I did as they instructed and they are as dead as they were when I got them. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. IT IS A MAJOR RIP OFF! more

I ordered 2 Chickasaw plum trees, what arrived was some unknown tree,with mold,desiccated limbs, weren't dormant started to leaf out and under sized, called and initial person was cordial and said she would take care of it with supervisor, called back saying to either take the refund for the wrong size or send back and they will send the correct trees, I asked who is paying to ship back their mistake she said I would, I called back to talk to her supervisor and got Tammy acting like she was a customer service representative, the most rude and sarcastic individual, wouldn't let me finish a sentence gave me a Gmail address to send the pics of the trees saying she will take them to the owners,kept interrupting saying send the pics and hung up on me, after I sent them, she sends. Back sarcastic email saying nothing wrong, send back for refund and asked why would I want another tree order with so many issues with what I received. They intentionally send wrong trees knowing most folks don't know what they received until after the grace period expires, what a disgrace, they need to be shut down period more

I hesitate to give any nursery a bad review, but these people are running a scam operation. They managed to put up a nice website, but deliver tiny plants in zipblock bags. Mine died within days, some weren't delivered, and I never got refunded despite multiple emails. I don't want to see them take anyone else's hard earned money. more

I've purchased bare root trees before from other sources and have never had an issue. The trees from TN were poorly packaged. They had insufficient packing material around the roots to allow survival during shipping. I planted them anyway and kept them moist. None of the 25 trees lived. Read their "warranty" before even thinking of ordering from them. I lost over $200 and have nothing to show for it(aside from 25 buckets buried in my garden. The problem with this nursery appears to be mostly their poor shipping. They hide behind a bogus warranty so they never have to pay the price for poor packaging. - Do not buy from this nursery. I blame myself for not reading the reviews prior to buying. more

I ordered a 24 fern grab bag and 5 golden ferns Feb 26th, didn't hear nothing for almost a month, then the delivery service could not find address, sent back to Tn Nurs. Called them and finally got someone, she looked and said they would re-deliver. Couple weeks later received package, only 20 ferns (24 fern grab bag), 10 were wrapped in old plastic and the roots were so small there is no way these were mature roots, 10 in another pc of old plastic, still not what I would call (or advertise) mature roots. Instead of Golden Fends they sent me Cinnimon. Immediately called number they list and all it is is a recording of what # to press. Called again and got person, explained situation, said they would send 5 replacements and 5 Golden. Received 5 Glade, 5 Leatherwood and 5 Maidenhair, NO Golden!! Called back, now they want to refund money for Golden, their "diggers" are too busy digging out trees now, told them I do not want refund, I want Golden Ferns that I ordered. I will update when I get them. Terrible company, don't care about the little guy. more

I ordered 25 Willow Oak trees, the nursery even labeled the trees Willow Oak. When the leaves came out they are NOT Willow Oaks. I tried calling the nursery no answer and left two voice mails, no call back. Just a very unprofessional email stating they GUESS they substituted them. They have the substitution clause buried in the 1 year warranty paragraphs. If you do not specifically state you do not want a substitution when you order then they can send you whatever they want. more

I was sent 2 dead bare root trees. I immediately notified TN Nursery, was told to scratch the bark, and see. I did. Definitely dead. I planted them in pots to give them a chance to grow, kept them indoors, fed them and water them for 4 months. No sign of growth. I asked TN Nursery to reship 2 new one, in the 1 year guaranty. They refused. No one would identify themselves by name. Instead of apologies I was told to ship them back to the Nursery AT MY COST! Why waste my money when it's the TN Nursery's fault? For dead trees? Now I am asking for a refund. more

Spoke to Nursery about the best way to preserve the bulbs because by the time they shipped the plants (weeks late) the ground had frozen. The lady was nasty with me and claims to work in the nursery but couldn't tell me how to preserve the bulbs. She told me she didn't know anything about the plants. What kind of nursery is this?! more

My order arrived with no problem. I ordered 5 blueberry bushes in the fall of 2016. They were bare root and looked dead but I followed the instructions for care and waited and watched. The plants never produced leaves, so I called the company and they instructed me to look at the directions online to receive a company credit. The dead plants must be boxed up and returned to the Nursery via FedEx. So, I successfully followed those directions and a credit was issued but was ONLY valid for 30 days! PLEASE make sure that you read the FINE PRINT or you too will fall victim to the MONEY GRUBBERS. more
