Review content:
The maintenance men are rude shady individuals, the office staff is equally rude, and you cannot get in contact with the actual company that owns the place to save your life! The appliances are outdated as in no company makes them any more so finding replacement parts are impossible. Example: When we moved in we had uneven shelves in our refrigerator because the parts were from another model. The on-site laundry is a joke! The hot water selections on the washers DO NOT WORK and the washer is more like cold water soak that you pay 1.50 for. There is no pool and hasn’t been a pool in years! If you inquire about it they’ll simply tell you “next year”. Mailboxes are unsecured and flimsy. The dumpsters are always overflowing and we won’t even get on the fact that if you don’t spray down your apartment you’ll have roaches no matter how clean you are. This is probably the worst place you could live with the price being the only reason you’d suffer through it until you could find something better, but the apartments, amenities, staff, and are itself do not deserve a tag over 500. The same people running these apartments are the same people who run the 4 across and down the street it’s just a mess! I would suggest a roommate and a better apartment and I would never suggest living here for anyone unless it was a dire emergency and you literally have nowhere else to go.
