I bought 2 dogs from pet Go Round at pembroke and it was a wonderful experience. Great customer service Krystal was my sales associate and she was absolutely amazing. The genuine happiness the employees show when a puppy gets a home is absolutely heart warming. I know people think these stores are like satanist but this store actually cares about the animals and the customers. They did tell me to take my dogs to the vet the first week to get them checked out and to report any issues one of my dogs had a little cold spent $80 on meds called the store and let them know what was going on and got a full reimbursement through the warranty they gave me! Overall great experience would get my pets from there 100 times over! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Update: My 2 dogs are now 5 and 3 years old and are as happy and healthy as the day I bought them.
