The service was performed under our purchase of the Blanton's Service Partner Plan, Gold Package. If you frequently use Blanton's to perform services in your home, you might want to consider checking out their "Partner Plans." It will save you a few dollars.
The team, Angela M. and Matthew P., were very friendly and customer oriented. Angela made the appointment easy to schedule and asked me how soon did I want the technician to come out. The technician called on the day of the appointment to let me know he was in route.
When the technician arrived, he identified himself and stated what he was here to do. Once he started working, he kept me informed on what he was doing, his findings and the status of our HVAC system. The technician was very knowledgable and informed us of things we weren't aware of, such as the size of our unit in comparison to the size of our home. The inspection resulted in us having to replace 22 ounces of refrigerant at a price of $204 dollars after discount.
