A PWC issue caused my panel to need replacing and Tyler went above and beyond to get the panel changed out and also stayed on top of making sure PWC had their end fixed in a promptly manner. I plan on using this company in the future for now on! more

I found Blanton Field Technician Casey Jones to be earnest in his endeavor to provide me with quality service. After explaining to me why my expectation of him servicing my AC unit in cold weather was inappropriate, he provided me the service that was appropriate. He also presented me with the merits and cost effectiveness of a proactive scheduled maintenance plan versus my reactive fix what’s broken approach to managing my HVAC system which made good sense. I am pleased with the quality of care and service Blanton Technician Casey Jones provided me. more

I want to give a much deserved thank you to the excellent service provided to us by Chris Hagins of Blanton’s Air, Plumbing and Electric. Chris was so pleasant, knowledgeable, honest, personable and proactive from the very first interaction. He communicated with us consistently throughout the entire process. The discussions had, knowledge he shared and expertise shown by Chris was just perfection. We had a major issue and Chris was able to do all of the mentioned above and resolve the issue within a few days. I had multiple questions, and Chris was patient and thorough in explaining everything to me. Even if things needed to be discussed further or explained again, he was there. There was a follow up needed and he handled it like it were an emergency. Just excellent customer service from him at every single point of the experience. In the future, if we have any plumbing needs, my family will be specifically requesting Chris, as he has shown himself to be honest, knowledgeable, professional, and genuine. We now have a preferred plumber and company. Thank you Chris!!! more

28 November 2018 Wednesday 0800 hours 11/28/2018

1. Elvin Bishop was our technician. I asked Elvin if he brought the 2 "Pure Air Filters" our units required for yearly maintenance. Elvin said NO. 2. I informed Elvin that when I called 14 NOV 2018 to make the appointment for our yearly and winter maintenance... the Office Staff Receptionist replied that she would order the Pure Air Filters "now" so the technician (Elvin) would have them when he came to service our units. 3. Elvin called the office staff to see if there were any Pure Air Filters (with IR lights) in stock. Elvin was informed that the Pure Air Filters would have to be ordered. 4. Elvin has to return to my residence to install the Pure Air Filters in which I am NOW required to find a date and time in my calendar so that he can install those Pure Air Filters. 5. Instead of one maintenance visit he will make a second maintenance visit to my residence = waste of time, manpower, resources and inconveniences a No Worries Customer !! 6. Elvin Bishop worked tenaciously and efficiently to complete his checks and services on our 2 units. He is to be commended and given twice the Christmas Bonus that others will receive this year ! CONCERNS: o In the past... Blanton's normally called 2 to 3 weeks in advance to schedule Spring and Autumn Maintenance Services. I Called Blanton's to Schedule my Autumn Maintenance Service and to Renew my No Worries Contract. o When I called to make my winter and yearly service appointment on 14 NOV 2018, I was informed that my No Worries Contract had expired on 01 NOV 2018 due to no fault of my own but i was allowed to Renew my contract Over The Phone. Blanton's should always call their "loyal customers" Before yearly contracts expire = unacceptable. I counted 9 Office Staff on ReviewBuzz. QUESTION: Is Blanton's losing Focus on Quality Customer Service by spending too much money on TV Commercials and Radio Commercials instead of concentrating on Developing "Loyal" Customers. Heating and Air 70 Point Inspection and Service 10/5/2018

The service was performed under our purchase of the Blanton's Service Partner Plan, Gold Package. If you frequently use Blanton's to perform services in your home, you might want to consider checking out their "Partner Plans." It will save you a few dollars. The team, Angela M. and Matthew P., were very friendly and customer oriented. Angela made the appointment easy to schedule and asked me how soon did I want the technician to come out. The technician called on the day of the appointment to let me know he was in route. When the technician arrived, he identified himself and stated what he was here to do. Once he started working, he kept me informed on what he was doing, his findings and the status of our HVAC system. The technician was very knowledgable and informed us of things we weren't aware of, such as the size of our unit in comparison to the size of our home. The inspection resulted in us having to replace 22 ounces of refrigerant at a price of $204 dollars after discount. Thanks Team Blanton! more
