When I was researching professional reviews of HVAC manufacturers, every one of them stated that the installer is the most important part of a replacement (or initial) installation. We had a good experience with Appleton Campbell for a minor issue so we decided to go with them for a major HVAC system replacement. These are the traits I look for in a service company: Responsiveness, courteousness, pride in the way techs and vehicles look, attention to detail, little unexpected extras (like providing free window ac units until they could get the job done). Appleton Campbell exhibits every one of these in spades. Every service company should aspire to provide this level of service. Renee, Jerry, Roger, Danny, Holly, Jason, and Jeff were all exemplary in their representation of this company in their respective interactions with us, seemingly their only customer.
