Dustin H. was fantastic! He was friendly, honest, and conscientious. We couldn't have asked for a better technician. Our problem was complicated and our house was very hot with no AC. Yet, Dustin worked long and hard to trouble shoot the problem, which involved looking at the unit inside our house, the heat pump outside, and our electric breaker box in the basement. We are thrilled to say that Dustin fixed everything, which even included our well pump. We had been without water because the pump had stopped working, but when Dustin fixed the electric problem that was causing a problem with the AC, the well pump began working! He saved us the trouble and expense of having to call the well company out. The cost for the AC repair had been given to us upfront, and even though Dustin ran into complicated issues, the price didn't go up. We give Dustin H an A+!
