I called Kinsey Plumbing early afternoon on a Friday regarding replacing my hot water heater that was leaking. Within 30 minutes Technician (Devin Y.) arrived ay my house and provided written estimates of several different options for my consideration. Devin was profession and replaced the hot water heater within a 2 hour timeframe. This was my first experience with Kinsey Plumbing, but everyone I encountered from the receptionist, Devin Y. and the young man that delivered my new heater was very courteous. I will definitely use their service again when needed.
