Used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing 2x, 1st time didn't pay much attention to high price because I had been compensated by an extended warranty. 2nd time after having purchased a service plan I was charged almost $300 to install a faucet that already had the quick connects and only took a half hour. They did give me a $45 discount for the service contract? This was after they did not show because of an emergency for the original appointment. They did call but I had already spent the day waiting. This was a total rip off . Technician was great but he doesn't set the prices. Buyer beware.
