In our old apartment complex we had to use AT& T for our cable services as they were the only choice but their service stunk and was always going out. So when Time Warner Cable moved into the area were elated to sign up with them. During our sign up process we told their sales rep we would be moving with in the year and he told us that our contract with Time Warner Cable would be null and void. So when we moved we though nothing of it and now Time Warner Cable is coming after us with a collection agency trying to get 113.00 out of us for their lie. It's unfortunate that we were lied to and that this is how they treat their customers. We would have stayed with them because we liked their service. But in trying to resolve this issue we have only been met with rudeness and more lying. We have been stonewalled at trying to resolve this issue with them. They could waive this fee anytime they want to but since they want to be this way will we never ever use their services for the res
