I called to disconnect service in my daughters apt. Was told by customer service rep that I cant disconnect service without turning in the box. I asked her what kind of sense does that make, You want to charge me even though she no longer lives there. But if I didnt pay the bill there would be no trouble turning off service. So I asked for a supv and she had me on hold for 15 min. Meanwhile I called in and talked to another rep who told me the same thing but she was much nicer, When I went back to prev rep she advised me that no supv was available. I told her it took 15 min to tell me no supv-- said she thought that I would hang up but I didnt. Dont Use Them. They Suck. Try satellite. more

we had twc for about a year. constant outages. repair would come and poke around and declare nothing was wrong. would call and they would tell us to push the reset button, disconnect cables yada, yada. every time..... customer service is a joke-they don't seem to want to keep customers. only to get new ones. horrible service, horrible ""customer"" service. ranked one of the most difficult companies to deal with-and they don't care. no follow-up with complaints. stay far, far away. more

Beware of time warner cable. Their service SUCKS D#$%. I have had them for three months and have already had to reboot my cable box 20 times and call customer service many, many times. The customer service reps are idiots and don't do anything to help you.\r \r If I had a choice of cable provider (which I don't because I live in an apartment complex), I would never choose Time Warner. I would rather not have cable at all then have to give those SOB s my money for horrible service. more

Overpriced-Bait and Switch Tactics 10/2/2009

It's a shame when companies can vary the price of services....they need to ""lock"" you into a contract. Time Warner called me to verify I would stay with them, transferred me to a 3rd party verifier and I was disconnected. Not understanding to consequences, I went from paying $89/mo to paying $144/mo for service.\r \r Buyer Beware. No decency. It also took three contractors and I had to be home three different times for them to connect my service and was never offered email accounts on my internet. It's all about upgrades and sales. Time Warner Cable Sales Reps are LIARS!!! 1/14/2009

In our old apartment complex we had to use AT& T for our cable services as they were the only choice but their service stunk and was always going out. So when Time Warner Cable moved into the area were elated to sign up with them. During our sign up process we told their sales rep we would be moving with in the year and he told us that our contract with Time Warner Cable would be null and void. So when we moved we though nothing of it and now Time Warner Cable is coming after us with a collection agency trying to get 113.00 out of us for their lie. It's unfortunate that we were lied to and that this is how they treat their customers. We would have stayed with them because we liked their service. But in trying to resolve this issue we have only been met with rudeness and more lying. We have been stonewalled at trying to resolve this issue with them. They could waive this fee anytime they want to but since they want to be this way will we never ever use their services for the res more

The Biggest Ripoff 3/12/2008

Time Warner Cable TV is the biggest rip-off there is today. It's Tuesday night March 12th, 2008 and my TV went off without expectation so something new can be programmed into it. It stretches the bounds of good business to program something to happen during the best viewing hours. Their phones are busy and there is no way to find out how long my ""service"" will be off. I would move to another Cable TV provider, but Time Warner has a lock on the entire complex I live in. I hate them. They are about the highest in rates and they don't care about their customers. LET ME OUT OF HERE! more
