Front office: Pleasant, articulate personnel fielded my phone call and answered all my questions in a concise manner, then hooked me up with a talented tech named John.
John is like a guy's best coon dog: He got in there, got on the scent, and methodically ran down the trail until he found the varmint causing my problem, which was a SERIOUS leak that Pendell had not noticed.
Kudos to John, and kisses to the office staff. ( sorry john hehehe)
