Whom it may concern, I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for the expert professional services rendered by Tech nurse Tameka Thomas on the fourth floor. Nurse Thomas was there to talk care of every need. Even before you asked, she had saw the problem and solved it. My room was emaculate kept, always water, ice, towels and other hygiene necessities. Urinals were consistently monitored. Nurse Thomas practically made my stay feel like a hotel visit instead of a hospital admittance. So thank you for having such a stand-up worker. Tyrone Archie
