The best thing about Perfect Teeth on Yale are the dentist's personalities. The hygenists will either do a quick job or an extensive and painful job. The office staff is typically incompetent although a few things went smoothly. The corporate billing group and practices are obominations. I was over-charged $800+ as part of an implant and was told I would be re-imbursed. After 3 wks I called and they said they'd check on it. After another week I called again and was told that there was a hold on it for a $20 non-pymt on my kid from 18 months previous. After countless call between them and my insurance over a 2 week period, it was found that PT had been paid, but hadn't credited my account. I was told my reimbursement would be sent immediately. A week later I called the office mgr and was told that they sent it to their corporate office and that it takes 4-6 weeks for reimbursements to process.
