After 48 hours of no running water (i.e., no toilets, no showers, no drinking water, etc.) and a failed visit by another local plumber, Michelle was able to quickly diagnose the issue and effectively make repairs. We were thrilled with her knowledge, professionalism and willingness to look at other things once the immediate concerned was addressed. In a few hours time, she was able to resolve our pressing need along with a couple other issues that we’d been holding off on. She saved the weekend and made it a much nicer week to look forward to...thanks Michelle!
