Overall, I had a pretty nice experience with Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Recently, my heater went out and the staff was quite prompt in returning my call. The technician was able to get the heat working at first, but once he left, it stopped working again. I had to get another technician to come out, and it's working fine now.
I would recommend this company to other potential customers. I have used this company in the past for another emergency situation and they are very good in a pinch. I find that they are reasonably priced and I've always been pretty satisfied with the service.
The only small issue was that I got the feeling that they were trying to sell me on something that I didn't really need. But once I explained my situation, they were very understanding, so I really appreciate that.
