Review content:
The technicians from Copper Cottage came out and installed two new furnaces for us. Their sub had originally come out to install the furnaces, but they put in the wrong equipment. Copper
Cottage took full responsibility, and they sent their technicians out to correct the problem. These guys were awesome! They were courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. This work was done in our showroom, where we have customers coming in and out. The technicians were very considerate of this, and did everything possible to keep from disrupting our business.
The only reason I gave them four stars for service, was because they didn't come back as scheduled, so we had to call them. Aside from that, their work was excellent! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
