Review content:
As far as the management goes, it could use someone that is smarter than a brick. This particular manager has allowed the cat population to take over the park and has ignored all requests to help stem the increasing number of feral cats that are suffering from exposure, and malnutrition, not to mention the fleas and smell that permeates into everyone's home. These cats are a pitiful site and someone needs to finally make someone accountable for the suffering of these poor animals.
