We got home from vacation to find a small puddle in the basement from a leak which I was able to isolate to contain. Unfortunately the leak was behind a wall in the kitchen which we had just completely renovated.
I called Ben Franklin the next morning (Columbus Day) and they were able to send 2 plumbers (Rohan & Stan) the following day (Tuesday). I asked them to do a very difficult task - to replace the pipes in the wall without cutting into the new kitchen wall. They called for an additional plumber (Vinny) to help and the three of them replaced the lines with PEX without damaging the new kitchen - I think there was some magic involved. Vinny needed to get into very small area to work.
While they were here, we decided to replace all of the very old water lines in the basement with PEX as well as all new valves. The men worked hard into the evening and completed all of the work in one day, with our great appreciation.
I want to specially thank Rohan, Stan & Vinny for their work and their friendly, pleasant attitude throughout the day. Although they worked very hard and were quite tired at the end, they remained cheerful and considerate.
