After scheduling first appointment I was called three time from Ben Franklyn's office if I would be kind enough to reschedule. The fourth appointment was scheduled to be the first one of that day. Did not happen. At approx. 9:15AM called and spoke to Andy, the owner. He promised me that plumber would be at my house by 10:00AM. Plumber finally showed up about 12:00. I was promised restitution for all the delays and rescheduled. They took $25 off my bill of $365. Not close at all for the problems I put up with for 3 reschedules and many hours of staying home waiting for someone to show.
