Dustin was very professional in dealing with us and did a thorough job looking for the root causes of the leaks. He was able to pin point 3 problems that he was able to fix:
1)The PVC joint was leaking which allowed the water to leak all over the electronic air cleaner and onto the floor
2) The outlet from the P-trap was blocked causing water to leak inside the heater compartment
3) The PVC tube from the heater to the drain was blocked causing water to back up and cause the other 2 leaks mentioned above.
I also appreciate Heather's promptness in scheduling the service call.
