Quality work but totally missed my appointment time.
I scheduled the work weeks in advance and took 1/2 day off work., just to have them totally miss the scheduled appointment window. Didn't show up till around 5pm.. I could have finished my workday and not wasted PTO.
No advance call to say they were running late... I called asking for update... An hour after the appointment window the plumber called to see if I still wanted service..
$75 min charge to show up and give estimate,, even though it goes toward work to be performed,, you feel obligated to have work done,, unless you like throwing money away.
Quote/bill seemed rather high considering how long I waited for the service.. Could have offered 10% off for the inconvenience.
Everyone was polite and professional.
