Review content:
This afternoon (11/2/17), I had two furnaces looked at to see if everything was okay. Chris S. from Brothers Heating & Cooling/ARS was assigned the job and I followed him around while he inspected the furnaces. Chris did not mind, I was there in the attic and beside him in the crawl space. I asked him a lot of questions and he took time to answer all of my questions and educated me about each system, air quality, filters, CO2 detectors and much more. Chris mentioned it was more important to build a customer relationship then selling. The bottom line is would I have my HVAC inspected by Brothers again? Absolutely, and I would ask for Chris S.
