I set up a service appointment to have my 2104 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited over 3 weeks ago to get a recall repair done. I even called earlier today to find out how long it would take after explaining why I was bringing it in. The appointment was set for 2:00 p.m. and I got there at 1:38 p.m. Upon arriving I was told "someone would be with me in a moment." I waited a few minutes and then was called to an advisor's desk just to be told they can't do the service because "we don't have the part necessary to take care of the recall on the hood latch." I am upset that someone didn't call me in advance before I went to the trouble of taking the car. I am very unhappy with the way this dealership's service department has handled this situation not to mention the fact when I purchased the car new here in 2015 I paid for the VIP service agreement which covers routine maintenance such as oil changes and each and every time I have to tell them as they do not have that information in my file. I have complained about this since purchasing the car. VERY POOR!!!
