Tipping Hat Plumbing was the company recommended to me from Home Advisor. We had sewer backup in the basement and they were able to schedule Liberty to come to the house the same day. Our house was built in the 1970s. Due to its age, the clay pipe and tree roots were preventing drainage. The pipe had to be replaced. Liberty explained my options and the pricing. Once we made the decision, he was able to schedule the work to be completed the next day. Liberty checked on the crew in the morning and on completion of the work after the city inspection in the afternoon. We appreciate his professional demeanor and patience in explaining the the process from start to finish.
