The two-man team arrived at about nine o’clock as expected. They started right to work removing the old outside air-conditioner and the crawlspace furnace. There was some noise in the crawl-space when the old furnace was taken apart and moved out, but the noise was reasonable. About three hours after they started, the younger member of the team looked me up and said they were about finished. He explained how to work the new thermostat controls. He started and stopped both the new furnace and air-conditioner to show me that they were working properly. In my walk around, i saw that all the old equipment had been removed along with all the packing material. The crew was top notch. The replacement was just like i had been told it would be. They left about four hours after they arrived. We were very pleased.
