Hey I have already contacted you guys a few months back about my apartment complex issues that continued and were not fixed. End result was that I ended up moving out early due to me witnessing a armed robbery in front of my apartment in broad daylight. Witch I reported to the police and the rent office. I suggested that they should try having police or security ride around but never got a response. Not even two weeks later my car was broken into nothing was done about that incident it was blamed on teenagers out of school with nothing to do. There was also a lot of homeless people and drug addicts who frequently occupied this area behind my apartment. All this led me to just pay off the apartment and move out ASAP. Here it is I have been gone from there about 8 months now and I go to check my credit score and to my surprise I see were I owe the apartment complex 800$ in clean up fees and damages that they say they had to clean up. I feel like someone took up shelter after I left the apartment without them knowing about it. They never once contacted me about this matter the landlord was never able to be reached to come do a walk through of the apartment. She blew me off every time I offered her a chance to look at it. It's a lot going on at this point if you could give me some help that would be greatly appreciated thank
