Businiess name:  Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
1.) The obituary notice was run in the newspaper with Cook Walden website listed for more info. Cook Walden didn't have the viewing or service listed until late in the day - for the same day of services. Family & friends had no access to the info suggested from the Obit notice. Called Cook Walden and was told they had a ""computer glitch"" slowing them down. A ""glitch"" leaves plenty of room for interpretion as, ""we have not got around to it yet - and don't feel any urgency.""\r 2.) Our family was rudely told we were being too loud and interrupting other services at the same time. \r 3.) Don't serve a hot food buffet at a funeral home....(what is left to say about that??)\r 4.) During interment the casket was rolled over everyone else's headstones to get to the gravesite. The funeral procession simply followed in bewilderment at the level of disrepect for deceased individuals.\r
