I really appreciate the doctor going above and beyond and explaining everything in great detail. I felt comfortable and validated after my appointment with her. I was at the office for 3 hours with some waiting, however it was well worth the wait time, Dr. H Smith is excellent at communicating and explaining everything. The only issue that arose was when I called to schedule an appointment, the gal that answered the phone said the next opening with Dr. H Smith, was not until Sept 6th. I was sensing that this wasn't the case so she double checked and then she came back on the line to let me know that she wasn't looking at the computer correctly and that she could indeed see me the following week. Getting back to the doctor and staff, everyone is extremely professional, the doctor went above and beyond and the staff was great too. The atmosphere is also great, the music is great and the office is clean and comfortable. I am glad I found Dr. H Smith.
