Horrible! I took my puppy there and the doctor...dr.dennigan I think...told me he had a dream about my dog the night before (keep in mind he has NEVER met me or my puppy before) and called my dog his "spiritual avatar" Then they tried to sell me all these ridiculous things that a puppy doesnt necessarily need but they implied that he did. Also, I compared their costs of products to online and other vets and they are close to double everywhere else. Then a year later I needed his nails cut and my groomer was closed so I thought I'd give this place one more chance with a different doctor from VCA TURCO. I thought a vet would be an ideal place because it doesnt seem like a difficult procedure. They took my dog "downstairs" and wouldn't let me watch them do it. Tried to charge me fifteen dollars! and when they brought him up to me his foot was bleeding! I made them give me a refund and told them to shred any documents or information they had on my dog because I will NEVER be coming back th
