I have had issues twice now with the office staff saying they can't see my child because of my insurance incorrectly listing them when my insurance card and company said they are listed as my care physician. Front office has been unfriendly and very unknowledgeable of the laws and insurance in my opinion. I manage a very successful practice and would never let our employees
speak to our patients the way their front office does. Your staff can make or break your practice. On another note, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SHELLY. She has the best personality and makes me continue coming here dispite my issues with the Front Office. She is great with my kids. She is a genuinely sweet person. She takes the time to address your concerns and make you feel comfortable. I will continue with her for as long as possible. Their Clinical Team is all pretty exceptional.
