HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First off, I have no idea who I talked to, at least 4 different people. Called at 8:40 this morning and was told someone would be at between 10 and 2, at 2:30 I called and was told they had no idea when they would be out and I told them I had to leave and needed someone here by 4:45, no one showed up so I called back and was told they couldn't get to me today and would reschedule. Really? With a backup drain and not once did they call me to inform me they couldn't make it so that I could have called another company. Will never use them and be sure no one I know does either. There is no excuse for not letting me know when I called they were over booked...had 3 techs sick and one with car trouble, I'm sure they knew that before I called this morning.
