DO NOT use. Service man came out to look at a/c broke our attic stairs left debris all over the floor did not even clean up, said he would send someone to fix it....24 hours later nothing except a nearly 7000.00 repair estitmate. And now the entire staircase fell down nearly hitting my daughter and her baby. I call to see when they are coming to fix it, they put me on hold and then tell me the service guy said my husband told him it was already broken and not to worry about it?? I will take my $7000.00 business elsewhere..not going to trust them with that if they lie about a small thing. VERY RUDE girls in office basically acting as if we are lying. I expect a refund 110.00 service call! I will be contacting the BBB as well. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
