I would like to thank Detlef for the work he did in clearing a clogged line. His knowledge and patience while addressing the problem were to be admired. His set up of the protection mats and of all the tools he would need was also impressive. There was no wasted time going back and forth getting other tools. His professionalism and confidence allowed me to ask questions and to watch. His cleanup was just as good as his set up. Thank you Detlef, you made this problem not appear to be as bad as i originally thought. Swan Management should be proud to send Detlef to any job site. Thank you, Victor Vargas
