If I could give zero stars I would. I have tried all week to view rental properties near campus for my daughter. First, the lady that answers the phone is very COLD ( to put it nicely)...was told to read their website before I could schedule to view a property...I went back and read the 'qualifying requirements"...called back and I got the run around. Its hard enough to find a rental property but this group either doesn't want to rent out or they just dont feel its a priority. One would think that they would be more than willing to show a property...I wonder how mr. ben kaufmann would feel to know that his employees really aren't trying that hard. yes, I would have gladly signed the lease for $900 per month but, since I could even break thru the ice-queen to even have an opportunity to view the property...I WENT ELSEWHERE!!! We are still looking for the perfect place for my daughter for next semester but , believe me, if there is a "Kaufmann properties" sign out front....WE KEEP DRIVING!!!!
