Bought there a year ago, the people are so friendly and of mixed ages, from what I am told the recent board has really turned things around, went to annual meeting and the place is very well managed, they are strict on rules but the place is landscaped beautiful, very clean and safe, everyone knows everyone else and we all look out for each other, went to super bowl party,big crowd, great food, I missed st paddy's day party but was told everyone had a great time, alot of doctors live there close to hospital, every day i see someone walking around in scrubs, pool is never crowded, always lounge chairs to get, exercise classes in morning, tennis courts are lighted, and always plenty of parking as they are strict on stickers, all and all having a great time living there.
