Edgardo and Victor installed a Lennox 19 seer A/C&Heater unit at my home on March 16th. My house was built in 1977 and the coils and condenser dated back to roughly 2000.
They both worked very to get the unit installed in one day. I was impressed by how professional they were, how they provided installation status throughout the day, and truly, how they went the extra mile in the effort they put into removing the old and installing the new equipment. They did not want to leave until they knew everything was done right.
I must say the unit's operability is impressive. With that said, I want to thank Manoel Luna for recommending this Lennox model. I appreciated the fact he did not take a hard sell approach, and basically led a productive discussion of the + and - of various units based on my home's size and structure and made some very good non technical points (i.e. impact on home saleability, warranty and company support).
I enjoyed speaking to Eddie over the phone. He provided some valuable additional information and recommendations about the Lennox unit and some insight into the insulation project Will Fix it will do this coming Tuesday.
If possible, please pass my comments to Corporate in Houston. Thank you very much for a job well done. If I get the opportunity to refer someone, I will encourage them to call the San Antonio Will Fix It office before they make their A/C buy decision.
