I used to work in the medical industry before as a lab tech for Plaza medical center. I'm actually retired right now. But being in the medical industry is probably one of the most toughest jobs in the world. Because you have to deal with different people all the time and you just have to have a certain quality about yourself. Some of these qualities are people skills, patience and motivation in helping others. Those skills that I just mentioned do stand out in a lot of the staff and nurses that are working at Kindred hospital. I actually got to experience this from a patient perspective. Usually I was on the opposite end. Their team made my care and my stay a little bit more pleasing. Your staff is always friendly and nice, I don't recall any time I ever had any issue with any body. Robert from the HBO was very helpful and very easy to talk to you. Also the techs or CNAs there we're all outstanding. Techs are probably the most important people that you need inside hospital as they do a lot of the small work or general workload the nurses and doctors just don't do. A big round of applause for them. Also thank you Theresa for taking care of me. You always had a smile on your face which made me feel really good. James Russell
