Review content:
I would like to rate the people over at Jack Dolan & Sons more highly since they were very friendly, nice, and prompt but they did fall short. The technician that came out was super friendly and nice as well, and I don't know if he was just having an off day or something, but he just told me that I needed a new toilet bowl and then left. I was having a leak in my condo unit that was leaking into my downstairs neighbor and so I needed to get this fixed, but a new toilet bowl was $600-$700 and I needed to at least see if I had another option. I called another plumbing service and they told me it was a $250 fix and that no new toilet bowl would be needed. I mean I understand that my toilet bowl is old and so it would probably behoove me to just replace it, and if I had the money I would have, but I needed the budget option to make it last a little bit longer.
