I like your advertising words, specifically “brush up your look” and “ ...make every detail count.”
I hired your company for total repainting, inside and outside. Usually in making such decision I expect good quality of workmanship and supervisory inspection afterward to assure quality. I don’t expect that the client should have to perform your responsibility of quality assurance. It now has become evident that quality of workmanship and quality assurance was not present in my case. In fact, there’s evidence of damage which your crew hid.
