Review content:
I initially brought my child here after speaking with the owner and teachers, who were warm and inviting. However, I quickly realized that the care was substandard and there were clear violations of state laws. The major issues were:\r 1) There were not enough staff to care for the kids (for example there was often only one teacher there in the AM to care for 6+infants). 2) When I would show up in the middle of the day, there were sometimes random teenagers (maybe the kids of one of the teachers) walking around with their dirty shoes on in the infant room. 3) They used a an intense smelling carpet cleaner on their rug and my baby came home smelling like chemicals.\r I understand this is low-cost childcare and that some people have no other option, but this place had unacceptably poor care. Sadly this is not all that uncommon in WA.
