Review content:
I have been a patient there for over five years, I had a bad experience a couple years ago and chalked it up to the fact everyone has a bad day. BUT last week I again called with a problem. The triage nurse returned my call 4 days later NOT within 48 hours like the recording says. She was so rude and patronizing I still can't believe it. Then she told me she would just call in medication for me there was no need to come to office to see the doctor, she could take care of me. Even after I repeatedly asked for an appointment to talk to my doctor. I'm asking my friends to see who they go to because I don't think a patient asking repeatedly to talk to the doctor at an appointment should have faith that a few minute phone call with triage this nurse (that asks TOTALLY RUDE and way appropriate questions, about things people don't even tell their best friend) that thinks she knows me and my condition well enough to call in medication for me. She needs to GET a life and stop trying to live threw the patients experience. Thanks for letting me vent hope this can help others.
